Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through devsforfun, operated by devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited. devsforfun is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) and developer platform; access is delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment. All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ INR); any US-dollar equivalents shown are indicative only and the INR amount governs every transaction.
All payments are non-refundable
All payments to devsforfun are final and non-refundable. This applies to every type of purchase, including one-time access passes, short-duration passes, recurring subscriptions, developer fees, and platform usage charges. Once a payment is made, the amount paid is not refundable.
We keep this policy deliberately simple and fair: instead of refunds, we offer short-duration access passes so that you only ever commit a small amount at a time. You choose how much to commit, and there are no large or long-term charges to unwind.
Short-duration passes
- Where a one-time purchase is offered, we deliberately keep the commitment small by selling short-duration access passes — for example a 3-day pass or a weekly (7-day) pass.
- A pass grants access for its stated duration. When the duration ends, access simply stops; there is no automatic renewal and nothing further is charged.
- Because passes are short and inexpensive, you can try a small commitment first and decide whether to buy again — without locking yourself into a long period.
Subscription cancellation
- You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from
Settings → Billing, or by writing to our support email below. - Cancelling stops the next renewal. You will not be charged again once you cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then downgrades to the Free tier.
- Cancelling does not refund any charge that has already been made. Payments for the current and past billing periods are non-refundable, because you retained access to the paid features for those periods.
- After a subscription ends, your data and account remain accessible on the Free tier.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Billing and choose to cancel your subscription. The cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cannot reach the billing settings, email our support address (below) from the email on your account and we will cancel future renewals for you.
The only exception — duplicate or erroneous charges
The single exception to the no-refunds policy is a duplicate charge or a charge taken in error (for example, you were billed twice for the same purchase, or charged after a confirmed cancellation). These are reviewed case by case and, once verified, the incorrect amount is refunded in full to the original payment method. There are no other exceptions.
How to contact support
For any cancellation question, or to report a duplicate or erroneous charge, email our support address from the email on your account, or open a request from Settings → Billing → Help. Include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and the payment reference if you have it. Our support email, phone, and registered address are listed on the Contact page. Pricing details are on the Pricing page.
This policy may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your transaction. devsforfun is operated by devsforfun Studio (OPC) Private Limited.
